Job summary

Anthropic's Treasury team leads capital management, cash forecasting, and cross‑functional initiatives. You will own the build and execution of strategic Treasury projects with accountability across the organization.

The role requires hands-on AI tooling experience, including using Claude to develop dashboards and automation that improve efficiency and accuracy across Treasury processes. A strong communication network with banking partners and internal teams is essential.

Qualifications

• Corporate Treasury experience spanning multiple disciplines (cash management, liquidity, banking, debt, investments, or risk).
• A track record of managing and executing complex Treasury-related projects across functions.
• Hands-on proficiency with AI tools and process automation.

Responsibilities

• Own complex cross-functional strategic initiatives for Treasury. Projects may include standing up an in-house bank, establishing a cash forecasting discipline, or supporting capital raises.
• Build Treasury's AI tooling. Use Claude to build dashboards and automations that make Treasury faster and more precise.
• Consolidate and optimize banking relationships. Build a single view of how teams engage banking partners and identify opportunities for optimization.
• Own Treasury's work integrating M&A acquisitions. Serve as the primary point of contact for all Treasury-related due diligence and integration work.
• Establish the operating cadence that keeps Treasury's recurring obligations on time and accurate. Track completion of debt-related, SOX, and other requirements.
• Design and automate cross-functional deliverables. Provide the judgment behind deliverables that give visibility into Treasury's work, such as dashboards for the CFO and audit materials.
