Responsibilities

• Lead a team of instructional designers, instructors, and technical writers.
• Operationalize AI-driven workflows to speed content creation and improve quality.
• Coordinate with product, engineering, UXD, and support for training schedules and publish readiness.
• Track and report on TVV, adoption, CSAT, and support impact.
