MFI Technologies Incorporated is seeking a Trailer Editor for The Diary Of A CEO project. You will own the full post-production process, shaping raw footage into bold, platform-first edits designed to boost watch-time, engagement, and cultural impact.

You will leverage data-driven storytelling and AI-assisted workflows to speed creativity, collaborate with Growth and Strategy teams, and mentor junior editors while delivering on brand-driven campaigns.

Qualifications

• Shaping raw footage into platform-first edits to drive retention and engagement.
• Build emotionally resonant narratives from interviews, soundbites, music, and motion for YouTube, Reels, TikTok.
• Use performance data to optimise pacing, structure, and creative emphasis.
• Active exploration and integration of AI tools to improve editing speed and quality.

Responsibilities

• Own the full post-production process for trailers and teasers.
• Lead with data-informed storytelling to maximise performance metrics.
• Collaborate with Growth, Strategy, and other teams to apply insights to future edits.
• Build and refine AI-integrated editing workflows across the team.
• Support junior editors and share templates and AI tools with the group.
