You will champion AI-driven automation and maintain strong technical communication, ensuring scalable, reliable delivery and continuous learning across the TPM organization.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in TPM or Data Product Manager for data-intensive financial products.
• Experience owning technical roadmaps and delivering data products.
• Experience leveraging AI to transform team workflows and create reusable AI skills.
• Proficient in SQL; able to investigate datasets and perform data validation.

Responsibilities

• Own the data strategy and technical roadmap for financial platforms and systems.
• Develop knowledge of financial data flows to inform reporting and analytics.
• Build cross-functional relationships with Finance, Product, Analytics, and Engineering.
• Translate complex business needs into clear technical requirements and solutions.
• Drive cross-functional execution by managing dependencies and risks.
• Raise the quality bar for technical delivery with clear requirements and scalable processes.
• Champion AI adoption across Data, Engineering, and Analytics teams.
• Monitor production systems and support incident triage and learning.
• Mentor junior TPMs and share knowledge to elevate the team.
