DraftKings Inc. is seeking a Technical Program Manager II to lead data-driven initiatives across our Financial Data domain.

You will own the data strategy, drive roadmaps, and work across Finance, Product, Analytics, and Engineering to deliver high-impact data apps and platforms. You will translate complex business needs into technical requirements, build scalable processes, and mentor junior TPMs while embedding AI-powered workflows to boost productivity and decision-making.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of TPM or Data Product Manager experience.
• Proven experience owning technical roadmaps and delivering data products.
• Experience leveraging AI to transform team workflows.
• Advanced SQL proficiency for data validation and exploration.

Responsibilities

• Own data strategy and technical roadmap for financial platforms and datasets.
• Develop knowledge of financial systems and data flows for reporting and analytics.
• Build cross-functional relationships with Finance, Product, Analytics, and Engineering.
• Translate business needs into clear technical requirements and solutions.
• Drive cross-functional execution by managing dependencies and risks.
• Raise quality by defining requirements, success criteria, and scalable processes.
• Champion AI adoption across teams by identifying automation opportunities.
• Monitor production systems and incidents, supporting triage and learning.
• Mentor junior TPMs and share frameworks and best practices.
