Amazon Logistics (AMZL) Topology Planning is seeking a Supply Chain Manager for North America to own mid-to-long-term topology strategy, manage build plans, and optimize topology tools for AMZL delivery stations planning. You will collaborate with Transportation, Real Estate, Design Engineering, Finance, and Operations to drive improvements and automate tool development.

Qualifications

3+ years of program or project management experience.
3+ years cross-functional work with tech and non-tech teams.
3+ years of defining and implementing data-driven process improvements using metrics.
2+ years of supply chain experience.

Own 3YF AMZL Last Mile POR Execution and delivery to secure incremental capacity.
Improve topology optimization engine/tools used daily for greater accuracy and productivity.
Develop and implement ideas to drive continuous improvement by simplifying processes and driving automation.
Communicate expectations and requirements with business and technology teams.
Perform data analysis and use data-driven proposals to guide decisions.
