Job summary

Pinterest is seeking a Program/Project Manager to help shape infrastructure at scale in a US-based role with remote options. You will collaborate with engineers and senior TPMs to design AI-enabled workflows, monitor progress, and drive capacity management across cloud environments.

Ideal candidates have 2-4 years of PM experience, familiarity with AWS or similar cloud platforms, and a strong sense for FinOps, data insights, and effective stakeholder communication. Equity is offered.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of program or project management experience (or equivalent).
• Working knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS or similar).
• Interest in capacity management and infrastructure efficiency; GenAI-enabled planning.
• Strong organizational and execution skills with ability to track moving parts and keep schedules.
• Clear written and verbal communication; comfortable presenting status to engineering partners.
• Collaborative and coachable; able to work with engineers and senior TPMs.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with engineers and TPMs to drive program delivery.
• Design AI-enabled workflows to improve planning and stakeholder communications.
• Monitor progress and keep programs on schedule across cloud infrastructure.
• Apply GenAI techniques for dashboards, data analysis, and decision support.
• Contribute to capacity management and FinOps practices.
