Job summary

Westernacher Consulting is seeking a Technical Product Manager to shape the technical direction of our enterprise products and SaaS offerings in India. The role blends product ownership with hands‑on technical leadership to deliver scalable, secure solutions and AI‑enabled product development.

You will work with functional product owners to define strategy, own the platform across the lifecycle, and drive DevOps, QA, and CI/CD practices while guiding a small AI‑driven development team.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of digital product experience with at least 2 years as a technical product owner.
• Hands-on use of agentic AI for design, development and testing.
• Experience building SAP-related products or add-ons.

Responsibilities

• Define and deliver technology strategy for products with functional product owners.
• Own the technical platform across the full product lifecycle, including deployment, hosting, SLAs, and post‑sales support.
• Introduce AI‑first tools and standards to translate user stories into sprints.
• Act as technical product owner and primary technical contact across multiple products.
• Lead and coordinate a small team of AI‑enabled developers while contributing to development.
• Establish QA, DevOps, CI/CD, and engineering practices across the portfolio.
• Evaluate emerging technologies to keep products scalable, secure, and competitive.
