Job summary

Komodo Health seeks a Technical Engagement Manager to bridge our data ecosystem with customers’ strategic goals. You will lead end-to-end delivery of Marmot AI tooling, integrate data into healthcare workflows, and ensure solutions align with client objectives.

As the primary technical resource, you will own requirements, drive on-schedule milestones, and advocate for customer needs while building scalable playbooks and best practices.

Qualifications

• Strong data query skills using SQL or similar.
• Solid understanding of data architectures and schemas.
• Understanding of AI/ML concepts and ability to work with AI tooling.
• Foundational knowledge of AWS, Snowflake, and API technologies.
• Experience automating data tasks with Snowflake Tasks, Airflow, or scripting.

Responsibilities

• Lead with AI as the go-to expert on Komodo’s AI capabilities.
• Own the delivery milestones and gather requirements to turn workflows into concrete outcomes.
• Be the customer champion, aligning priorities with internal product teams.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across Sales, Delivery, Support, and Product.
• Establish a clear source of truth with documentation, roadmaps, and system hygiene.
