Job summary

Komodo Health is seeking a Senior AI Sales Engineer to bridge data science and commercial strategy for life sciences clients in the US. You will demo AI-powered analytics, quantify ROI, and design solutions using Healthcare Map and real‑world data.

You’ll build reusable AI assets, mentor junior SEs, and articulate trusted-AI principles to technical buyers and procurement teams, while navigating HIPAA and governance requirements.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in Sales Engineering or similar roles selling software, real-world data, and analytics to life sciences.
• Experience explaining AI/ML concepts to both technical and business stakeholders.
• Hands-on experience building AI assets and tools (agents, apps, notebooks).
• Deep knowledge of healthcare claims and real-world data, with SQL/Python experience.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Sales during discovery to identify technical, data, and AI requirements and desired outcomes for life sciences clients.
• Deliver expert guidance on healthcare claims data, identity resolution, and patient journey insights.
• Design and present tailored solutions combining Healthcare Map, AI engine, and software products to meet objectives.
• Run live AI-powered demonstrations and quantifiable ROI discussions with customers.
• Explain AI governance, data provenance, and trust to technical buyers and procurement teams.
• Mentor junior SEs and share reusable AI-centric best practices.
