Job summary

Komodo Health is seeking a Technical Engagement Manager to bridge data ecosystems with customers’ business objectives. You will lead end-to-end delivery of Marmot AI tooling, integrating Komodo’s data into healthcare organizations, and continue engineering solutions beyond implementation.

You’ll collaborate with Sales, Delivery, Support and Product, maintain project documentation, and ensure customer milestones are met with high-quality data deliveries.

Qualifications

• Strong data querying and architecture knowledge.
• Solid understanding of AI/ML concepts and workflows.
• Experience with cloud data platforms and API tech.
• Proven ability to translate client needs into technical plans.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of AI tooling integrations for clients.
• Gather requirements, manage data deliveries, and track milestones.
• Advocate for customers and align internal teams with client needs.
