Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or related field.
• 1–3 years in finance, FP&A, or business partnership roles.
• Familiarity with AI tools and analytics to improve financial analysis, forecasting, reporting, and decision support.
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and variance analysis.
• Understanding of technology infrastructure cost structures (data center, software, hardware, telecom, labor).
• Experience supporting OpEx and CapEx planning.
• Strong Excel and financial systems; familiarity with IBM TM1, Anaplan, Workday, Power BI is a plus.
• Excellent communication with non-finance stakeholders; fast-paced environment.
• Individual Contributor role.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a supporting finance business partner to the Corporate Technology Infrastructure leadership team.
• Support planning, forecasting, and monthly close for infrastructure OpEx and CapEx.
• Leverage AI tools and analytics to enhance planning, forecasting and reporting.
• Develop and maintain financial models for budgeting, data center strategy, cost allocation, and depreciation impacts.
• Provide variance analysis and identify key cost drivers across infrastructure categories.
• Collaborate with technology leaders to evaluate business cases for investments and optimization.
• Track and report performance against budget, forecast, and strategic targets.
• Support capitalization analysis and alignment with accounting policies.
• Improve financial transparency through dashboards, reports, and KPI development.
• Collaborate with Accounting, Procurement, FP&A, and Tech teams on accruals and vendor spend.
• Drive process improvements in planning, reporting, and governance for tech infra spend.
• Support ad hoc scenario modeling and long-range planning.
