Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED required.
• Experience using AI tools for research, writing, analysis.
• Detail-oriented with ability to follow structured processes.
• Strong written communication skills.
• Willing to be in the West Lafayette office at least 1 day per week.

Responsibilities

• Run disclosures through AI evaluation agents and input into internal system.
• Format and export reports into standardized Word templates.
• Upload finalized reports into internal database (SharePoint/OneDrive).
• Create marketing slide decks (1-pagers, pitch decks) from agent outputs.
• Quality check AI outputs for clarity and completeness.
• Create and upload AI-generated images for technology listings on the website.
• Update listings as technologies progress (patents, TRL, commercialization stage).
• Assist Licensing Associates with outreach lists, LinkedIn research, and emails.
• Tailor technology summaries/FAQs for specific companies or industries.
• Compile competitor product/activity lists using agent tools.
• Contribute to commercialization insights and prioritization discussions.
• Perform website administration tasks: uploading AI-generated images.
