Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Draft and review fund formation documents using AI agents.

• Structure funds and advise on UBTI/ECI and investor vehicles.
• Collaborate with tech teams to improve AI‑assisted workflows.
• Advise clients to improve deal velocity.
