Job summary

GlossGenius is seeking a Recruiting role to build strategic sourcing for Engineering, Product, and Design, combining traditional networking with AI-powered workflows. You’ll engage both active and passive candidates, shaping a proactive pipeline and partnering with recruiters to move interviews efficiently.

The role requires commuting to our NYC headquarters and working in-office 3-4 days per week, with Tuesday and Thursday presence mandatory.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in a recruiting agency, tech startup, hedge fund, or investment bank with high-volume, fast-moving processes.
• Experience using AI to automate repetitive tasks or build personal workflows.
• Genuinely energized by people and AI, with curiosity about how they intersect in hiring.
• Highly organized with sharp attention to detail, able to manage many requisitions without dropping candidates or managers.

Responsibilities

• Build and run the sourcing strategy for Engineering, Product, and Design roles and map where top talent is.
• Source active and passive candidates across these functions.
• Tap into alumni networks, referrals, and campus programs to build real pipelines.
• Organize events and relationship-building initiatives that AI sourcing cannot replace.
• Create AI-powered workflows for repetitive sourcing and screening tasks.
• Screen and manage technical candidates through early-stage interviews and handoff to the hiring team.
• Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to keep interview loops moving smoothly.
