Qualifications

• Foundational programming knowledge; able to write, modify, or troubleshoot code.
• Working knowledge of SQL and relational data; can query and validate results.
• Basic understanding of how apps, databases, APIs, and workflows connect.
• Ability to learn unfamiliar systems quickly and incorporate feedback.

Responsibilities

• Understand business processes; gather requirements and map interactions between people, systems, and data.
• Develop and maintain internal applications using JavaScript/TypeScript/React.
• Build and support integrations via APIs and data exchanges; validate mappings and fix issues.
• Use SQL to explore, transform, and validate data; support data pipelines in Fabric.
• Analyze information to answer business questions and report findings clearly.
• Create Power BI reports/dashboards and validate calculations and data models.
• Develop automations for repetitive tasks, notifications, and data movement.
• Assist with AI-enabled applications; evaluate usefulness and governance of data.
• Support SharePoint and Azure-hosted apps; manage permissions and content organization.
• Troubleshoot issues across apps/integrations; document solutions and train users.
• Research unfamiliar tools; prototype and refine approaches through testing.
