Job summary

MetLife Insurance Investments (MII) is seeking an AI & Sustainability Analyst to support AI-enabled insights and processes for sustainable investing. You will help manage MetLife's general account sustainability goals and contribute to MII AI initiatives across multiple regions.

The role involves coordinating content for climate surveys, building relationships across technology and MII, and supporting governance with enterprise AI tools. Hybrid work with in-office days is expected.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to operate with urgency while maintaining analytical rigor, strong judgment, and attention to detail in high-visibility deliverables.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the timely, accurate, and well-governed development of the Investor section of MetLife's annual sustainability report, leveraging enterprise approved AI tools to maintain strong controls, documentation, and audit-ready processes.
• Support MII AI Lead with administrative tasks related to driving success of corporate AI goal.
• Develop cross-organizational relationships in technology and at MII to ensure that departmental silos do not hinder AI goals from being achieved.
• Support preparation of strategic reporting guidance to regional sustainability teams, ensuring alignment with global strategy and consistent outputs.
• Coordinate and oversee investment-specific content for NAIC, S&P, and CDP climate surveys, using automation and AI tools to improve governance and data accessibility.
