Accenture Strategy is seeking a seasoned Strategy expert with a track record in High Tech and a passion for AI-enabled transformation. You will translate fast-changing dynamics into executable strategies, lead major engagements, and shape client outcomes across manufacturing, semiconductors, data centers, and networks.

You will build trusted relationships with senior executives, guide interdisciplinary teams, and drive strategic insights that influence go-to-market and operational decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required.
• 8+ years of professional experience in consulting for or at a High Tech company or startup.

Responsibilities

• Leverage deep industry knowledge across HW, SW, semiconductor, data center or network sectors to analyze growth and profitability, and drive end-to-end process transformation.
• Lead engagements to deploy operating models including product-led growth and AI-first development to deliver year-over-year improvements.
• Structure complex challenges around C-suite priorities; develop hypotheses and business cases to unlock value.
• Develop long-lasting client relationships and manage expectations, scope, and satisfaction across engagements.
• Inspire multidisciplinary teams and act as ownership for engagements, ensuring analytical and commercial success.
