Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Finance, Entrepreneurship, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Graduation date window Jun 2028 - Jun 2029 and full program Jun 7–Aug 13, 2027.

Responsibilities

• Prepare polished executive communications, memos, and event briefs for senior leaders.
• Leverage AI tools to build smarter workflows in the CAO office.
• Create dashboards/reports to inform senior leadership decisions.
• Identify opportunities to simplify work and improve operations.
• Support high-priority events from prep to post-event follow-up.
• Conduct research and analysis for strategic initiatives.
• Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
• Collaborate across Moody's teams on high-impact projects.
