America Fujikura Ltd. in Duncan, SC is seeking a Business Planning Analyst to join our Integrated Tactical Planning team. The role supports Product Solutions’ strategic planning, performance management, and executive decision-making with data-driven insights.

You will translate data into clear visuals, help lead planning cycles, and leverage AI-enabled tools to automate and improve reporting. This position combines business analysis, strategic thinking, and disciplined execution in a hybrid

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in business, finance, economics, analytics, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
1-2 yrs of relevant experience in business analysis, strategic planning, business operations, or analytics.
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; Power BI or similar data visualization tools preferred.

Responsibilities

Analyze business and performance information to identify trends, risks, opportunities, and areas needing attention.
Translate data into clear insights, visualizations, and executive-ready materials.
Support strategic planning, business reviews, and leadership forums through analysis and coordination.
Use AI to research, analyze, automate, and improve planning and reporting processes.
Support KPI reporting and dashboard creation to improve use of performance data.
