Job summary

GoodLeap is seeking a Senior Analyst, Strategic Initiatives, based in West Palm Beach. You will be the analytical engine behind the enterprise agenda across the company’s lending platform, payments, and sustainability ecosystem.

You will uncover margin drivers, forecast performance, and translate findings into strategic recommendations for senior leadership. The role offers leadership exposure, a steep learning curve, and opportunities to automate how the business measures and plans performance,

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field is required.
2–4 years of analytics or strategy experience in fintech or similar.
Strong quantitative and analytical skills; able to derive insights from incomplete data.
Advanced Excel and PowerPoint; SQL preferred; Python/Tableau/Power BI a plus.
Hands-on use of AI tools (Claude) in day-to-day analysis.
Ability to explain complex analysis in plain language to diverse audiences.
Working knowledge of lending/fintech fundamentals.
Curiosity, ownership, and bias for action; collaborative teammate.
Discretion with confidential financial and customer data.

Responsibilities

Build and maintain margin and unit economics analyses across products, channels, and partners.
Identify growth markets via sizing, intelligence, and geographic/partner prioritization.
Develop segmentation to inform targeting, pricing, and go-to-market priorities.
Build and automate forecasts, KPI dashboards, and recurring reporting using AI tools, SQL, and Python.
Translate analyses into executive-ready presentations and track performance against business case.
