Job summary

Cellebrite in New York City is seeking a Site Reliability Engineer to maintain production health of our cloud platform used by investigators and public safety agencies. Qualifications

• 3–5 years in a production support, SRE, or operations role.
• Experience with AWS and cloud-based infrastructure.
• Ability to read dashboards and investigate logs/metrics/traces.
• Excellent English communication and cross-team collaboration.
• Nice to have: IaC exposure (Terraform, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Own the full incident lifecycle from triage to resolution.
• Act as incident commander during major incidents.
• Lead post-incident reviews and implement actions.
• Improve AI-assisted monitoring and observability.
• Plan rolling upgrades with zero downtime.
• Collaborate with TCS, R&D, and DevOps across teams.
