• 5+ years in Sourcing, Procurement or Supply Chain.
• 2+ years of management consulting or equivalent internal role.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.

Responsibilities

• Design and lead procurement operating models.
• Redesign core sourcing processes with AI and automation.
• Lead strategic sourcing initiatives and cost take-out programs.
• Define procurement KPIs and track value delivery.
• Lead multi-disciplinary teams and client relationships.
