Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership and delivery ownership for a portfolio of software products and platforms.
• Lead and mentor high-performing teams building scalable applications and services using TypeScript, React, Node.js, .NET, SQL Server, AWS, and AI technologies.
• Guide technical design, review code, remove delivery obstacles, and contribute to key engineering initiatives.
• Drive AI-powered initiatives, observability improvements, and automation to improve reliability and customer experience.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and business stakeholders to implement intelligent solutions that streamline workflows.
• Establish and enforce engineering best practices for software quality, security, scalability, observability, and ops excellence.
• Represent the voice of the customer in planning, design reviews, and release readiness processes.
