The Global Talent Co. is seeking an early-career Software Engineer to help build the digital infrastructure for grant funding. You will work on backend, frontend, and AI pipeline with close guidance from the CTO, growing toward independent ownership and a senior role.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years of experience or strong projects, solid TypeScript/JavaScript fundamentals, and a user-first mindset. Remote work is possible in a fast‑moving, AI‑native development environment.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of professional Software Engineer experience or recent grad with strong projects.
• Solid fundamentals in TypeScript and/or JavaScript.
• Curiosity across the full stack and eagerness to learn production software.
• High self-motivation and ability to dig into problems.
• Comfort with feedback and improving skills.
• AI-native development approach using Claude Code or Cursor.
• User-first mindset focused on real-world software usability.
• Strong ownership and increasing responsibility over time.

Responsabilités

• Ship features end-to-end from backend to UI.
• Work across stack including React, Node/Express, Postgres, AWS.
• Grow independence and feature ownership with guidance.
• Collaborate with CTO and grant team to solve real user problems.
• Build software with a user-first mindset.
• Contribute to AI pipeline development and evaluations.
• Debug in production using Sentry, CloudWatch, and Postgres.
• Learn from mentoring and code reviews, growing toward senior roles.
