Netic is hiring in New York to build frontier AI systems that empower essential services. You will join relentless builders from top teams to create an AI-first platform with real-world impact and scalable reliability.

You will own delivery from concept to production, partnering with customers and shaping the product with a strong focus on performance and quality. This is a hands-on, fast-paced opportunity in our New York office.

Qualifications

• Founder-level ownership: you take initiative and drive ambiguous problems to concrete solutions.
• Proven product builder: 4+ years shipping user-facing software at scale.
• Full-stack fluency: strong React, TypeScript, Python; databases and cloud infra familiarity.
• AI experience (nice-to-have): hands-on with LLMs, embeddings, or RAG patterns.
• Customer empathy: translate goals into solid tech specs and product features.
• Excellent communicator: explain trade-offs to engineers and executives.

Responsibilities

You'll join our team with relentless builders from Scale, Databricks, HRT, Meta, MIT, Stanford, and Harvard in bringing frontier AI to the physical economy, where the problems are hard, the data is complex, and the impact is immediate and tangible.

What You'll Do:

• Help found our New York office: Set the bar and pace for a serious builder culture unique to our New York location.

• Build the agent harness: Build systems that run live customer conversations and take real actions under tight latency and reliability constraints.

• Make agents measurable: Build the evaluation, observability, and tooling that help us understand how agents behave in production and improve them quickly.

• Co‑create with customers: Work closely with our customers to understand workflows, gather feedback, and turn pain points into features that stick.

• Own end‑to‑end delivery: Own delivery from spec to production for systems that keep agents running around the clock.

What You'll Bring:

• Founder‑level ownership: You run toward ambiguous problems, write clean code quickly, and thrive in autonomous work environments.

• Proven product builder: 4+ years delivering user‑facing software at scale; you've carried features through multiple release cycles.

• Full‑stack fluency: Comfortable with React, TypeScript, Python; experience with databases and cloud infrastructure.

• AI experience (nice‑to‑have): Hands‑on experience with LLM APIs, embeddings, or RAG patterns—or a hunger to learn fast.

• Customer empathy: Track record of translating stakeholder goals into crisp technical specs and delightful products.

• Excellent communicator: Able to explain architectural trade‑offs to eng and business outcomes to execs.
