Job summary

Dover Networks LLC in Maryland seeks a Software Engineer I focused on AI to develop and refine software that integrates AI capabilities into CNO workflows, interfacing diverse data sources and external APIs with MCP tools for seamless interoperability.

You will work under the guidance of senior engineers to ensure AI tools are stable, reliable, and integrated into the customer’s existing toolset while collaborating with stakeholders to elicit requirements and devise robust solutions.

Qualifications

• 3 yrs., B.S. in a technical discipline or 4 additional yrs. in place of B.S.
• Experience with Python, APIs, and data manipulation.
• Familiarity with AI concepts and tool integration.
• Experience with Git, Jira, Confluence, and presenting data.
• Experience building agentic integrations and workflows.

Responsibilities

• Develop agentic integrations with Python leveraging AI models, APIs, and data sources.
• Build tools/workflows within modern frameworks like PydanticIA, Langgraph, and DeepAgents.
• Interact with mission stakeholders to elicit requirements and devise solutions.
• Navigate customer data types to extract relevant information.
• Collaborate with engineers to test workflows and fix issues.
