Qualifications

• Degree in CS or related field or equivalent experience.
• Hands-on GenAI experience through coursework, projects, internships, or hackathons.
• Familiarity with LLM orchestration concepts like prompt chaining, tool use, and retrieval.
• AI tooling is part of how you work to write, debug and learn faster.
• Curiosity about model evaluation, failure modes, and reliability of LLM systems.
• Collaborative, low-ego mindset; able to contribute across teams.

Responsibilities

• Build and iterate on agentic LLM systems, including retrieval pipelines and chained workflows.
• Contribute to evaluation frameworks for accuracy, robustness, and clinical reliability.
• Contribute to backend and frontend systems across the product.
• Think with an agent-first approach and continuously learn.
• Help prototype with models, prompting techniques, and orchestration tools.
• Contribute to monitoring and observability of LLM workflows in production.
• Collaborate with ML, infrastructure, product, and clinical teams to understand users.
• Learn from senior engineers and bring curiosity to problems.
