Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required with 5–8 years of software development experience.
• Experience modernizing legacy applications and building cloud-native services.

Responsibilities

• Analyze legacy applications and data structures to plan safe modernization increments.
• Develop cloud-hosted services and APIs using modern languages and frameworks.
• Design and implement an integrated data layer for governed data access.
• Develop AI-enabled capabilities (retrieval-augmented generation, semantic search, document intelligence).
• Collaborate with architects, product owners, security, and federal stakeholders.
