Job summary

Leland is seeking a Social Media Manager to turn our library into a steady stream of native posts across LinkedIn, TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and X. You’ll also design an AI-powered system to scale output beyond a traditional team.

You will report to our Content & Creative Lead and thrive if you love platforms, have great taste, and enjoy building systems that scale volume without sacrificing quality.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years running social for a brand, media company, or creator.
• Native to how these platforms work right now; you know what's working this week.
• High taste; you can tell when something is good vs. almost good.
• Fast, solid video editor in CapCut, Premiere, or Descript.
• Built automations or AI workflows before or you enjoy tinkering with them.
• Organized enough to run a high-volume calendar without dropping things.
• Bonus: edtech, marketplaces, AI enablement, or selling to L&D/university buyers, or building your own following.

Responsibilities

• Turn our library into content: clip, edit, caption, and repackage for each platform.
• Publish daily across our channels and grow reach, impressions, and followers.
• Engage in comments, DMs, and other posts to build a community around our accounts.
• Design and build an AI-powered workflow for finding clips, editing, captioning, scheduling, and reporting.
