You'll create and optimize short-form video content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and related channels, using AI workflows to speed up ideation, scripting, editing, QA, and publishing.

Qualifications

• Strong English reading, writing, and communication skills.
• Deep familiarity with TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and NA creator culture.
• Good taste in content: can explain why hooks/formats work.
• Comfortable using AI tools for content production, analysis, and workflow automation.
• Basic Python, scripting, or automation ability, or willingness to learn.
• Highly organized, reliable, and able to move quickly from idea to execution.

Responsibilities

• Create, review, and iterate short-form video concepts, scripts, captions, and content assets.
• Build and run AI-assisted workflows for content research, ideation, scripting, editing, QA, and publishing.
• Study North American short-form video trends, creator ecosystems, hooks, and formats.
• Use multimodal AI tools to generate, evaluate, and improve content quality.
• Turn successful content patterns into repeatable playbooks and operating processes.
• Track AI-generated content and social content trends, then test new formats.
