Job summary

Vixxo is seeking a full-time Service Provider Manager based in Colwich, KS to build and manage a qualified network of service providers across regions and trades.

The role uses AI-enabled workflows to identify coverage gaps, optimize performance, and drive cost reduction while improving service quality and accountability. You will negotiate terms, partner with Service Centers and Account Operations, and develop strong provider relationships for long-term network health.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of experience in vendor or service-provider management, contract negotiation, or related operations.
• AI fluency and ability to leverage AI-assisted workflows for risk assessment and decision making.
• Strong knowledge of supply chain concepts and trade sourcing.
• Advanced MS Office skills, especially Excel and Word.
• Excellent negotiation and relationship-building abilities.

Responsibilities

• Create, monitor, and manage coverage for new and existing clients.
• Identify gaps and coordinate solutions with Service Centers, Account Operations, sourcing, and trade leaders.
• Use AI-assisted analysis to evaluate datasets and model coverage options.
• Negotiate contractual terms and establish durable provider partnerships.
• Monitor provider performance against SLA, pricing, and compliance; coach where needed.
