Relias is seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist, SEO to lead and optimize organic search strategies across traditional and AI-powered platforms. You will collaborate with content, web development, analytics, and product marketing to improve visibility, traffic, and leads while leveraging data-driven insights and automation.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
2+ years of experience in SEO including technical SEO, content optimization, and performance analysis.
Experience with Google Search Console, GA4, and SEO tools to identify opportunities.
Experience using AI tools to improve SEO workflows and content development.

Responsibilities

Execute and optimize SEO initiatives to improve organic visibility and qualified traffic.
Conduct keyword, topic, competitor, and intent research to identify opportunities.
Optimize websites for traditional and AI-powered search experiences (AEO, GEO, entity optimization).
Perform technical SEO audits addressing crawlability, indexing, Core Web Vitals, structured data, and site architecture.
Partner with web development to implement recommendations and validate results.
Improve internal linking, site structure, and taxonomy for discoverability and UX.
Collaborate with content marketing to create search-first content aligned with user intent and semantic search.
Stay informed on Google algorithm updates and AI search developments; propose opportunities.
Monitor performance with GA4, Google Search Console, Looker Studio; provide regular reporting.
