Job summary

Aspen Dental is seeking a strategic AI SEO Marketing Specialist to lead organic search initiatives that drive patient acquisition. You will own SEO and AI strategies end-to-end—from technical health and local listings to content optimization—partnering with Product, Engineering and Content teams to embed best practices.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in SEO or digital marketing.
• Strong technical SEO fundamentals including crawlability, indexation, site architecture, and schema markup.
• Experience with Local SEO at scale, including multi-location listing management and citation hygiene.
• Familiarity with AI search developments (AI Overviews, SGE, AIO).
• Proficiency with SEMrush for research and site auditing; use of GA/GSC for performance analysis.
• Ability to navigate Contentful or similar CMS and support SEO-aligned updates.
• Strong analytical and communication skills and ability to translate data into insights.

Responsibilities

• Lead SEO and AI strategies to drive patient acquisition and improve organic visibility.
• Perform ongoing keyword and content gap analysis to identify opportunities.
• Analyze organic search performance to identify technical issues and opportunities.
• Monitor site health, indexation and the impact of tests or changes; report insights.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Content teams to embed SEO best practices.
• Manage local listings and scale AI-driven content strategies; ensure Local SEO hygiene.
• Analyze website performance and user behavior to identify friction points.
