Job summary

The Aspen Group in Chicago is seeking a Local AI-Search Specialist to own local listings hygiene and citations across our brands. You will ensure consistency and accuracy across multiple locations, supporting a unified patient experience.

Collaborating with merchandising, analytics, and content teams, you will shape local content strategy, monitor listing health, and deliver regular performance reports. AI tools will augment workflows while accuracy remains the priority.

Qualifications

3+ years managing local search, listings, or citations across multiple locations or brands.
Hands-on with major local search platforms (Google Business Profile, Bing Places, Yelp, Apple Location Listings, Yext, Birdeye, BrightLocal).
Experience operating across many locations or brands with organizational rigor to keep hygiene consistent.
Ability to partner daily with merchandising, content, and analytics teams to align on-site and off-site channels.
Able to build and deliver recurring local performance reporting to stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Local maintenance and hygiene of listings across all brands.
Manage citation building, monitoring, and correction across data aggregators and distribution channels.
Ensure on-site and off-site parity between location content and owned channels.
Shape on-site local content strategy aligned with national AI-Search goals.
Own recurring local performance reporting for visibility and trends.
Scale local hygiene across multiple brands while maintaining a single standard.
Bring AI tools into local workflows to add scale while preserving data accuracy.
