Job summary

Cherry Assistant LLC is hiring a Part-Time SEO & AI Search Account Manager to manage client SEO accounts remotely for a US-based client. You will handle analytics reporting, AI-driven task coordination in ClickUp, and ongoing client communication during a 15-hour workweek window.

Ideal candidates are proactive, detail-oriented, analytical, and comfortable using AI tools in a fast-evolving environment. The role emphasizes collaboration with content and SEO teams and ensuring timely delivery.

Qualifications

2+ years in digital marketing or client success with SEO basics.
Proficient in GA4 and Search Console reporting.
Excellent spoken and written English; client-facing communication.
Experience using AI tools for workflows is a plus.

Responsibilities

Serve as primary client-facing contact for SEO accounts; host monthly performance calls.
Translate strategy into actionable tasks using an AI-enabled ClickUp workflow.
Report SEO performance using GA4, Search Console, Looker Studio; explain outcomes to clients.
Coordinate with content, SEO, devs, and project manager to ensure on-time delivery.
Own meeting cadence, set agendas, capture decisions, and follow up in ClickUp.
Assist onboarding tasks (connect GA4, Search Console, GTM) and validate data flow.
QA site updates and assets; verify visibility in Google Business Profile.
Respond to client questions within 24 business hours; propose solutions.
Maintain documentation, timelines, and status notes in ClickUp.
Contribute to AI-assisted SEO playbooks and processes.
