You will work directly with cross-functional teams, overseeing an agile team of software engineers while ensuring robust operational excellence, scalability, and security. This role not only emphasizes engineering best practices but also fosters a culture of innovation and collaboration.

Qualifications

• 5+ years as an Engineering Manager, Technical / Team lead, or Architect.
• Strong command of Agile, DevOps, and SRE practices.
• Experience with microservices written in Java.
• Familiarity with container-orchestration and AWS.
• Experience in regulated compliance frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of services.
• Define feature roadmap with Product Management.
• Hire, coach, and mentor a high-performing team.
