Texas Instruments is seeking a detail-oriented PDE Product Test Technician for the LFAB team to inspect wafer maps, recognize defect patterns, and ensure only high-quality material advances to testing and customers.

The role emphasizes pattern recognition, troubleshooting, and automation; you'll grow from protocol execution to engineering consultation and AI-driven tooling to streamline workflows.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent semiconductor experience required.
• 2+ years in high-volume semiconductor manufacturing.
• Advanced Excel: import data, pivot tables, charts, data validation.
• Strong analytical and detail-oriented mindset.
• Ability to manage urgent requests in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Visual pattern recognition and quality control of wafer maps to identify defect signatures.
• Execute Inking protocols to exclude suspect dies from proceeding in manufacturing.
• Monitor SBL and CPO thresholds; escalate gaps for PDE engineers analysis.
• Serve as liaison between PDE and back-end Probe Sites; provide troubleshooting support.
• Maintain Wafer Map Library and prepare documentation for Qualification Lots and yield reviews.
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and automation of repetitive tasks.
