Job summary

Salesforce is seeking a Software Engineer (MTS) to design and build automated compliance tooling on the Salesforce Platform within Product Security. You will extend our security and governance capabilities, create AI-driven workflows, and ensure robust integrations across enterprise systems.

Qualifications

• 4+ years Salesforce Platform development with Apex, SOQL/SOSL, LWC, Flows and APIs.
• Strong Apex and SOQL proficiency; SQL and Python for data work.
• Experience designing governor-friendly data models and integrations.
• Ability to translate compliance requirements into automated solutions.

Responsibilities

• Design and build features on the Security & GRC Platform using Apex, LWCs, Flows, and platform events.
• Translate CCF and SFSS requirements into machine-executable specifications.
• Architect Agentforce workflows with AI-powered signal triage and evidence evaluation.
• Connect Security & GRC Platform with enterprise systems via Salesforce APIs.
• Develop dashboards in CRM Analytics to show real-time control health and remediation status.
• Own data model decisions and governance, including schema and sharing rules.
• Collaborate with audit and engineering to validate controls against SOC 2, ISO 27001, PCI DSS.
• Write high-quality production code and adopt AI-enabled tooling.
