Job summary

Salesforce is seeking a Member of Technical Staff (MTS) Engineer for the Data Security Fabric team. The role focuses on designing a cloud-native data platform that processes security signals from dozens of sources in real time and applies AI/ML to enrich, detect, and triage risks.

You will work across multiple environments (AWS, GCP, Salesforce platforms) to enable scalable, secure analytics, with emphasis on governance, performance, and cost-aware patterns.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in SaaS, PaaS, or IaaS software development.
• BS or MS in CS or Engineering (or equivalent).
• Experience building secure, scalable data platforms.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement a scalable, secure data platform.
• Ingest and process security data from 10+ platforms and environments.
• Integrate AI/ML workflows and guardrails into data pipelines.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align data strategy with security goals.
• Lead secure development practices and code reviews.
