Job summary
Salesforce is seeking a Software Engineer (MTS) within Product Security to design and build compliance automation on the Salesforce Platform. You will extend the Security & GRC Platform with new objects, Apex services, Lightning experiences, and Agentforce-powered workflows.
You will lead AI-enabled tooling development for compliance platforms and risk governance. You will translate complex compliance requirements into automated solutions, own data models, and drive end-to-end feature delivery
Qualifications
- 4+ years Salesforce Platform development: Apex, SOQL/SOSL, Lightning Web Components, Flows, Platform Events, and Salesforce APIs.
- Strong Apex and SOQL; working proficiency in SQL and Python for data engineering and integrations.
- Experience designing governor-limit-aware code and data models for scalable platforms.
- Understanding of SOC 2, ISO 27001, and PCI DSS compliance requirements.
- Related technical degree is required.
- Ownership mindset with end-to-end feature responsibility.
- AI-first approach to engineering and familiarity with AI tooling.
Responsibilities
- Design and build features on the Security & GRC Platform: Data model extensions, Apex services, triggers, Flows, LWCs, and integrations.
- Implement automated control testing and evidence evaluation against regulatory requirements.
- Architect Agentforce workflows: Build LLM-powered workflows for signal triage and audit narratives.
- Develop platform integrations with enterprise systems using Salesforce APIs and Platform Events.
- Build monitoring dashboards in CRM Analytics to surface control health and remediation status.
- Own data model decisions, evidence lineage, and schema ownership for secure systems.
