Job summary

Amazon seeks a Security Engineer II in Customer Logistics Security to protect the infrastructure behind Amazon's global fulfillment network. You will perform vulnerability assessments with business context, drive risk reduction, and build AI-ML-powered automation that scales security operations.

You will own end-to-end security outcomes for your area, leverage AI to transform vulnerability management at scale across cloud services, industrial control systems, and edge compute environments.

Qualifications

• Perform vulnerability assessments with business context
• Contextualize severity vs actual controls for remediation prioritization
• Engineer scalable vulnerability detection mechanisms
• Design automated workflows to reduce manual toil
• Threat hunting across vulnerability and asset data

Responsibilities

• AI-Driven Security Automation: design and deploy AI/ML-powered vulnerability management solutions.
• Vulnerability Assessment & Triage: assess blast radius and impact across accounts and infrastructure.
• Detection Engineering: build scalable detection with asset-to-vulnerability correlation and compliance monitoring.
• Automated Workflows & Tooling: create workflows and tooling to scale operations.
