Job summary

Koch’s Security Platform team seeks a Security Platform AI Automation Engineer to lead AI-driven automation initiatives across a global enterprise. You will design and implement AI and automation solutions that reduce manual work, accelerate delivery, and scale security operations across environments.

Qualifications

• Experience building AI/automation solutions (Python, REST APIs) in enterprise environments.
• Experience implementing AI/ML solutions in production or enterprise settings.
• Ability to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels to deliver practical AI capabilities.
• Design and deliver AI capabilities that reduce manual work and improve outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain enterprise AI and automation solutions using Python and related tools.
• Lead implementation of AI/ML capabilities for automated auditing, optimization, cleanup, anomaly detection, and intelligent workflows.
• Create and manage reusable AI-driven templates, models, and workflows to accelerate large-scale projects.
• Partner with technical leads and regional teams to drive adoption of AI and automation across the organization.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives that accelerate service delivery, improve efficiency, and enhance the user experience.
• Collaborate on building a scalable, AI-native service that supports Koch Technologies’ long-term growth objectives.
