Accenture is seeking an accomplished SAP transformation senior leader in California to drive large-scale SAP S/4HANA programs from strategy through deployment and stabilization. You will align business, functional, technical, data, testing, deployment, and change teams around a shared transformation vision.
You will guide delivery excellence, mature governance, and risk management while leveraging AI, GenAI, and analytics to improve outcomes and value realization for Consumer, Goods & Services
Qualifications
- Minimum of 12 years of SAP Delivery, Program Management, Transformation Leadership, or Consulting experience.
- Experience leading large SAP transformation programs for consumer goods and services.
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience (12 years) required.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of large SAP transformation programs as primary delivery leader.
- Define transformation strategies, program roadmaps, governance models and value objectives with senior client executives.
- Establish and lead global delivery teams across multi-disciplinary workstreams.
- Drive planning, mobilization, staffing, governance, and financial management across SAP S/4HANA implementations.
- Manage risks, issues, dependencies, scope, and stakeholder expectations to meet objectives.
- Lead executive governance forums and provide transparent reporting and actionable recommendations.
