Qualifications

• Outstanding analytical and quantitative ability; able to reason from first principles and bring rigor and precision to all work.
• Ability to learn quickly, navigate ambiguity, and work without a defined roadmap.
• Affinity for data and the tools that turn it into insight — advanced Excel and financial modeling; enthusiasm for AI and automation; experience with data, BI, or CRM tools is a plus.
• Clear and confident written and visual communication.
• Reliability, ownership, and sound judgment across long-term projects and time-sensitive requests.
• 1–4 years of experience; strong candidates may come from investment banking, consulting, data/analytics, or other demanding environments.
