• Strong analytical and communication skills to present insights at all levels.
• Experience leading cross-functional projects with on-time delivery.

Responsibilities

• Improve forecast reliability and accuracy for enterprise products with forecasting support and insights for strategic accounts.
• Incorporate data insights to guide sales strategies and align with forecasting objectives.
• Lead global data reconciliation across CRM, financial, and forecasting systems.
• Ensure data hygiene in Salesforce and forecasting platforms; manage updates and pipeline reviews.
• Establish metrics to measure forecasting performance, pipeline health, and data quality.
• Provide hands-on support to the sales team; train and equip teams to improve forecasting workflows.
