Job summary

Amazon is seeking a technical product manager (PM-T) to drive customer experience and product strategy for AI-centered systems used in robotics deployment within fulfillment centers. You will own software products and AI agents, collaborate with deployment teams, and ensure ROI and customer satisfaction through data-driven decisions.

Qualifications

4+ years of customer-facing product development and product management experience.
Experience defining, launching, and optimizing product and services.
Knowledge of agile product development and lifecycle management.

Responsibilities

Works with field teams to understand problems and convert them into use-cases.
Support in-field product feedback gathering for robotics deployment.
Evangelize the product in the field and identify opportunities to grow installation base.
Define and communicate the value proposition of solving problems in the use-case.
Identify capabilities to solve customer problems and integrate into the strategy.
Communicate roadmap updates to stakeholders and customers.
Be accountable to the customer for delivery of promised product value.
