Job summary

Rox Data Corp in San Francisco is hiring a Revenue Operations Analyst to serve as the analytical backbone of our GTM engine. As we scale over the next 18 months, you will influence how we structure territories, set pipeline targets, and determine commission and quota strategies.

This high-ownership role reports to the VP of Revenue Operations and Finance, and requires a hands-on operator who can leverage AI and automation to model, analyze, and report with speed and rigor.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in Revenue Operations or similar, ideally in high-growth B2B SaaS.
• AI-first mindset; prefer automation to reduce manual work.
• Strong quantitative modeling skills and ability to defend assumptions.
• Experience with CRM and BI tools (Salesforce/HubSpot, Looker/Tableau/Sigma).
• Proficiency in SQL; comfortable with data extraction and analysis.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Own commission and quota planning, including modeling and scenarios.
• Analyze territory design and carving to balance coverage.
• Build AI-driven GTM analytics, dashboards, and weekly/monthly reporting.
