Qualifications

• Built enterprise-grade quantitative models based on PM specs.
• Deployed models to production at scale and monitored performance.
• Familiar with software development life cycle (testing/deployment).
• Proficient with AI tools for prototyping and testing.

Responsibilities

• Partner with asset allocation PMs and researchers to move ideas from notebook to production.
• Build and extend research platform: data ingestion, backtesting, scenario analysis.
• Own multi-asset data layer with quality control PMs trust.
• Use AI coding agents daily for prototyping, refactoring, testing, and documentation.
• Create AI-backed tooling for research workflows and client reporting.
• Write production code with emphasis on reliability, testing, and observability.
• Mentor teammates on AI-augmented engineering practices.
• Carry out other duties as assigned.
