Beast Industries is seeking an AI-native QA Engineer in the Bay Area to build quality and reliability practices from scratch for a high-traffic consumer platform. You will own automated testing across mobile and backend, and help shape the testing strategy for rapid AI-driven product iterations.

You will integrate quality gates in CI/CD, monitor production, and work with engineers to ensure robust deployments.

Qualifications

• 2+ years building automated test infrastructure for consumer-facing apps.
• Hands-on with test automation frameworks and CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience with observability or monitoring tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain automated test suites across mobile and backend surfaces.
• Integrate quality gates into CI/CD pipelines and prevent bad code from reaching production.
• Monitor production systems, assist incident response, and drive root-cause fixes.
• Collaborate with engineers to embed quality thinking early in development.
